Responsibilities and duties
Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Build deep relationships with fleet SaaS partners’ senior leadership team and be a trusted partner
Credibly and capably pitch Aptiv’s value prop to partners and “solution sell” by working to find creative solutions to unlock value for both Aptiv and its partners
Contribute to a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
Manage partner expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to product management and business & technical leadership
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or finance
Master of Business Administration recommended
Must have at least 15 years’ experience in a senior level position leading sales and business development in the transportation & mobility space
Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and sales plan, preferably for a new product / venture
Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
Energized by having high-level individual contributor role
