DO YOU ENJOY WORKING IN A LEGAL ENVIRONMENT, RESOLVING TECHNOLOGY ISSUES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT?
THIS POSITION SERVES AS A LIAISON BETWEEN THE OFFICE OF THE GENERAL COUNSEL (OGC) DIVISION AND OUR TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS IN OGC IT TO ENSURE THE APPLICATIONS AND SYSTEMS USED BY OGC ARE FUNCTIONING AT OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE. THIS ROLE WORKS TO TRIAGE, PRIORITIZE, AND MANAGE RESOLUTIONS WITH OUR OGC BUSINESS PARTNERS AND OTHER DIVISIONS. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL ALSO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT WITH MORE THAN 20 SYSTEMS USED IN THE OGC DIVISION. THIS ROLE WILL ALSO ENGAGE IN SMALL-TO-MEDIUM SIZED PROJECTS AROUND ENHANCING EXISTING SYSTEMS AND ELEVATIONS.
THE LEGAL TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT PROJECT MANAGER:
ANALYZES BUSINESS AND USER NEEDS AND DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS. ASSISTS IN FORMULATING AND DEFINING SYSTEMS SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES. ADVISES ON BUSINESS IMPLICATIONS OF THE APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY TO THE CURRENT BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT.
TRANSLATES CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS TO FUNCTIONAL DOCUMENTATION, AND PARTICIPATES IN TECHNICAL DESIGNS AND TEST PLANNING.
PERFORMS CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROCESSES AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW OR EXISTING APPLICATIONS. SUPPORTS THE COLLECTION, DOCUMENTATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND MODELING.
DESIGNS, PROTOTYPES, CODES, AND TESTS NEW OR ENHANCED APPLICATIONS. ANALYZES CURRENT PROCEDURES AND WORKFLOWS AND DEVELOPS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS, REVISING EXISTING SYSTEM LOGIC DIFFICULTIES AS NECESSARY.
ASSISTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE. MONITORS THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF APPLICATION OPERATIONS AND TROUBLESHOOTS PROBLEMS, AS NECESSARY.
PARTICIPATES IN SPECIAL PROJECTS AND PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
