Job Description
Responsibilities:
The IT Vendor Management Specialist is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to significantly expand their skillset while leveraging their previous experience. The environment is fast paced and dynamic, so is a great fit for someone that enjoys new challenges!
Develops and maintains key IT vendor relationships while partnering heavily with IT leadership, IT application owners, and Strategic Procurement
Coordinates quarterly business reviews including creation of agenda’s, facilitation of meetings and any vendor follow up required
Supports IT leadership and application owners by coordinating strategic vendor office hours, escalation/support meetings, etc.
Assists with vendor invoice/PO discrepancies and drives resolution
Assists in developing and maintenance of a vendor management platform including KPI's and governance
Ensures effective communication across all of IT including key business stakeholders and the IT Leadership team
Qualifications:
5 years’ experience working in a global organization(s)
Excellent relationship management skills, with experience collaborating and interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
Flexible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple concurrent projects and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated business process knowledge in various areas (i.e. Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance etc.)
Project management experience a preferred (including knowledge of Smartsheet)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (Information Technology, Project Management or Business preferred)
