Skills / Requirements
JOB SUMMARY: Prepares and enter invoices from designated vendors into PeopleSoft system. Resolve vendor issues. Monitor and resolve match exceptions. Do weekly AP pay cycles and pos pay to bank.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience: Have at least 5 years experience in Accounts Payable
Equipment Operated: PC, 10-key, fax machine
