Job Description

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Guest centric focused, technology savvy individual that is responsible for creating a “wow” delivery experience.  Delivery Specialist completes all order paperwork and ensures that guest has a complete understanding of all features and capabilities of the vehicle.  Provides seamless introduction to the online service scheduling options and total ownership experience.   

Receives “digital deal jacket” from Ownership Desk and initiates delivery process
Prints all order paperwork and flags for any remaining guest signatures.  Understands all financial and vehicle protection products offered and can answer questions on financing as well as protection products
Locates the vehicle selected by guest.  Prepares for delivery by locating keys, books and get ready
Prepares vehicle for delivery by filling with gas and delivering to the detail department for clean for delivery
Provides quality control after each clean for delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
Logs any issues with unsatisfactory condition of the vehicle
Explains all vehicle features, sets up applicable OEM system link, and configures all personalized settings including radio stations, navigation, Apple CarPlay and seating preferences
Provides guest with a “who to contact” list including Collision Center, Finance, GM and VOM
Performs follow-up on day 3 and requests a Google Review from Guest
Greets guest upon arrival for first service appointment and conducts “Encore Delivery” of recently purchased vehicle
Completes applicable OEM Product Certification
Assists with ensuring detailed and consistent photo and video process for all retail-ready vehicles, including 360 shooting and feature/damage tagging
Coordinates and performs Encore Delivery at set time within 2 weeks of sale 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass pre-screening exams (background and drug screen)
