Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, modify and update configuration on the firewall infrastructure
Implement, upgrade, and support Palo Alto firewalls
Troubleshoot and resolve all firewall issues
Investigate and resolve change request tickets
Troubleshoot traffic passing firewalls via logs and packet captures
Generate and update network documentation and diagrams
Gather customer requirements to create detailed implementation plans in accordance to change management and incident management procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to work onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Little Rock, AR
3+ years of related experience
Knowledge and experience in network security with the ability to deploy and maintain Palo Alto firewalls
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Comfortable creating and troubleshooting NGFW security policies, NAT policies, and VPN
Excellent communication skills are required to interface with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience with multiple site firewall installations, including high availability
Ability to work well as part of a larger team and have strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable presenting solutions in a clear and concise manner
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and manage workload prioritization
