Well-established Denver, CO-based company is seeking a Full-Time REMOTE Customer Service Rep to join our team. Primary responsibilities include handling emails (80%) and phone calls (20%) related to the sale of auto parts on eBay (automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required).
If you take pride in what you do and don't like to be (or need to be) micromanaged, this is the job for you. The ideal candidate will possess great customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
While our office is based in Denver, CO, anyone in the US is encouraged to apply for this position. All training for this position will be done remotely and no travel is required. Please note, we already have a predetermined wage for this position, so coming in low will not negatively impact the wage you are offered.
Essential Job Duties:
Handle phone calls and emails from customers
Call center functions to provide quality customer service
Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers
Understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites
Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, data entry, invoicing, cancellations, credits, and customer service inquiries
Communicate directly with distribution centers and customers to ensure accuracy in documentation, information, and services
Generate sales from online leads
Assumes other duties as assigned

Requirements
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of office/call center or similar experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Must have good written and verbal communication skills along and the ability to work well with others. Must have good customer relations skills.
MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, AND SOFTWARE:
Computer, multi-user telephone system, Microsoft Office software. A Laptop will be provided. You much have a reliable home internet connection.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and lifting. Must be physically able to lift boxes weighing approximately 30 lbs. Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details.

• S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
