Responsibilities/Expectations:
Consults with customers to ascertain needs, identify problems, and apply business expertise/technical knowledge to design and build solutions
Develops and maintains partnerships with leaders to implement strategic facility practices; communicating regularly with to keep all business partners informed
Develops and implements project proposals/plans
Negotiates contracts with internal and external partners
Solicits and evaluates vendor proposals for project recommendations to determine feasibility and monitor performance
Maintains project documents; prepares and presents reports to leaders
Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of four (4) years' related experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in construction or facilities management and a minimum of four (4) years' experience, with at least one year of facilities related experience; PMP or CFM Certifications
Other Requirements:
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Preferred: Construction related background
General Compensation Information:
This role will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Program (AIP) payment. AIP payments are discretionary compensation based on business performance in relation to enterprise goals, the incentive opportunity for the role, and individual performance. Certain roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive awards.
