WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Coordinates and implements digital media programs for clients to facilitate communication and acceptance of projects and initiatives.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Develops and maintains a digital media presence across all channels to drive engagement, follow growth, brand loyalty and increase brand awareness
Works with clients and internal teams on the creation and execution of social media content to support key messaging.
Collaborates with a team of external content contributors and distributors to enable us to increase our content output and reach as well a providing feedback on content and visuals to elevate client media performance
Build and manage paid digital campaigns for social media platforms and other third-party ad networks
Analyzes the effectiveness of our content, social and SEO programs and optimizes resources against objectives and budget
Tracks and evaluates social analytics and metrics against KPIs providing summaries on effectiveness
Collaborates with clients and internal teams to optimize user experience
Identifies trends and insights to optimize user experience, budget, and performance
Works with internal and external teams to email marketing content while managing email marketing platforms and distribution lists
Proactively research and monitor digital media trends and digital marketing tactics that might enhance client relations
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
In depth knowledge of social media platforms and requirements
Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Constant Contact
Experience updating website content within templates
Stays up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital media
Understands reporting analytics and trends
Basic graphic design skills
6 years relevant experience
Strong communication skills, particularly in terms of writing
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Essential Responsibilities:
Prepares and coordinates dissemination of community relations materials, facts and information about workforce development to external agencies, associations, and news organizations using print, periodicals, radio and/or visual communication media.
Completes routine records and reports related to public involvement meetings and public hearings.
Helps coordinate community meetings including scheduling, determining location, and ensuring proper setup and materials are present.
May interact with clients to coordinate implementation of communication programs.
Drafts speeches, creates and designs presentation materials, and/or composes correspondence for use in mailings and/or meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism or relevant field
