We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Sr Manager of HR Transformation!
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of HR Transformation will be a key driver of HR’s transformation efforts. Envision’s HR team has recently completed an organization assessment, receiving feedback from the business on where our teammates hope to see our HR function mature and develop. This role will be a critical partner in defining our role and service clarity, enabling easy self-service and direct access, supporting the evolution of our business partner role, and designing and launching high impact talent and total rewards programs.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead the execution of key transformation projects, clearly defining the project charter and objectives, roles and responsibilities and timeline
Engage subject matter experts and advance projects with the support of our HR function
Transparently communicate progress and roadblocks; ensuring the timely completion of work
Management Process
Design and implement management processes within the HR function to support the advancement of work
Support and design our communications processes, within HR and with the business, to support our transformation
Design and deliver reporting that measures progress and success against KPI
Develops strong strategic partnerships with the business, COEs and business partners
Designs and implements programs and practices that are scalable and meet the overall People & Culture vision of a high impact operating model
Innovation
Leads ideation, exploration and assessment of new work
Research and maintain awareness of industry trends, surfacing new ideas to the People and Culture Leadership team
