YOUR ROLE
Enact is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager as a key player in driving our new brand with our customers and external stakeholders. You will directly influence our go-to-market strategy by contributing creative solutions and developing personalized content to engage and educate our customers. You’ll collaborate across a diverse and innovative marketing department, engaging with CX, utilizing customer research, partnering with customer technology, all to build a unified voice to further our commitment of helping borrowers achieve the dream of homeownership.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively develop and execute traditional and digital marketing programs for customer segments, contributing creative and innovative data driven strategies and materials.
• Drive the marketing strategy through the commercialization of products and services in support of the business go-to-market strategy.
• Track, analyze, and share the performance of marketing assets/programs with a test and learn improvement mindset. This includes measuring, optimizing, and iterating marketing activities.
• Thoughtfully utilize existing Marketing technology suite including Marketing Automation tools, Drupal CMS, Salesforce, Collateral, Print and Digital Advertising, etc., in alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Oversee creative design, production and fulfillment processes, plus other third-party resources needed to implement online/offline marketing efforts. Track marketing spend and ensure work is completed within planned execution timing and budget.
• Develop and maintain an event strategy to include pre and post event outreach/follow-ups with preestablished KPIs. Use findings to inform recommendations for event strategy.
• Collaborate with third party event management sources for customer conferences and events.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• BA/BS with concentration in communications, business, or related experience
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in marketing communications and/or ad agency
• Knowledge and practical application of traditional and digital marketing tactics and techniques
• Strong communication/copywriting skills – written, verbal and presentation, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent project/marketing management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Works collaboratively and cross-functionally, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Acrobat experience
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Copywriting sample portfolio
• Event Management experience
• Understanding of financial services or mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of online marketing asset management tools, web content management tools (e.g. Drupal), marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo), data platforms (e.g. Tableau)
