Your Role

This position requires a deep understanding of the economic and strategic drivers across digital and traditional product landscapes. This leadership role requires creative and independent thinking and extraordinary relationship cultivation skill. It also requires deep resourcefulness and an ability to influence alignment across segments of the organization that may at times exhibit competing priorities.

You will be responsible for:

This leader will act as a key connector across Intelliflo’s digital wealth business and large enterprise clients, partnering closely with leaders to identify, prioritize and execute against strategic imperatives. To support a thriving partnership with Intelliflo clients, this position will be responsible for the following:

Building relationships with key strategic executives to foster awareness and collaboration
Identifying and creating business cases for potential commercial opportunities
Agreeing on shared priorities with clients
Negotiating technology work orders
Working closely with the client services team to support software and services delivery
Establishing data sharing and collaboration practices with clients
Ensuring system integrations that supports partnership collaboration
Advocating for product roadmap prioritization aligned with enablement strategies
Communicating roadmap decisions to key stakeholders
Creating and reporting on KPIs (e.g., software revenue, Invesco AUM, adoption metrics) that demonstrate the value of enablement strategies and partnership
Chairing executive sessions with clients to drive strategic alignment forward progress to stated goals

The experience you bring:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or any other related field is required
10+ years’ experience in FinTech and/or asset management
Previous success within a relationship management role
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies
Results-focused and can effectively hold others accountable outside of direct influence
Strong relationship building and influencing skills, especially with senior leaders
Strong negotiator who can facilitate compromise
Ability to oversee multiple clients and initiatives at once
Ability to work effectively across markets (cultures) and channels
A team player who believes in the power of collaborative work
