TREAS MGMT PRODUCT ANALYST

Job Description

Makes meaningful contributions to the revenue growth and profitability of one or more treasury management products for the bank. Job requirements are supporting the development of strategic product plans; marketing programs; product sales training; pricing; defining product enhancements; serving as the product liaison to IT systems, operations, sales, marketing, and client services.

Responsibilities

Makes meaningful contributions to the revenue growth and profitability by supporting the Cash Management Sales Executives in North America (US and Mexico).
Prepares clients issued RFP/RFI and questionnaire responses. Maintain an updated database of recent responses and pricing comparisons on RFPs.
Provides support in the implementation of global and local services won as part of the RFP, RFI, or any sales initiative by coordinating the onboarding of global and local treasury management services including Electronic Banking and Direct Channels (Swift and H2H).
Prepares detailed project plans for a new implementation, coordinating the internal onboarding of accounts and Treasury Management services in any geography, and assigning technical teams as part of the implementation support.
Participates in client calls with the Cash Management Sales Executive and follow up based on the agreed project plan and implementation of services and coordinating client training for e-banking platforms with appropriate technical/support teams.
Coordinates the documentation and onboarding of clients for both Global and local Agreements including via electronic means (DocuSign).
Supports by creating client pitches, marketing material, and presentations used by the Cash Management Sales teams.
Coordinates any client request for existing services, such as pricing, new services implementations, account information in any geography.
Supports in preparing managerial reports and presentations.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in a related field required with Two (2) years of banking experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirements. Required: Fully Bilingual English and Spanish Required: Advanced skills Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word, Google
