Membership Retention Agent
We have immediate opportunities for a Membership Retention Agent (MRA). This position is responsible for improving existing membership business retention. The MRA will be provided with expired membership lead opportunities, required to resell brand benefits to achieve/exceed business retention targets, and will be rewarded based upon individual performance.

?Responsibilities:
Talk with customers; identify their needs and provide solutions.
Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
Share product knowledge, service features and benefits.
Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment.
Close sales and upsell when appropriate; meet daily/weekly sales objectives.
Help increase customer acquisition and retention.
Build strong relationships with our customer's.

Ability to overcome objections and provide relevant membership benefits to encourage continuous membership business
Ability to multi-task and quickly provide solutions to various issues
A passion for helping people and exceeding their expectations

Strong communication both verbally and in writing, especially through e-mail and over the phone

Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict
Attention to detail to prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
