Well established group in Glenville, NY is seeking an Accounts Payable and Human Resource Administrator to join their organization. This will be a dual function role supporting two shifts. This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity that provides fantastic benefits.
AP/HR Administrator Duties:
Process weekly payroll through ADP
Manage and complete all HR compliance paperwork
Administer benefits information
Receive, process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices
Complete payments via check, wire and ACH
Monitor all vendor payment agreements to find discounts that can be used to reduce invoice amounts
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree with equivalent experience
• Three to five years’ hands-on experience working in Human Resources and Accounts Payable
