Seagate’ Customers spread across the globe including OEM, Retail and Distribution business covering usage in Cloud Storage Systems, Network Storage and Servers, Surveillance, Personal Computers, Consumer Electronics Applications, Gaming, and others.

The Sales Enablement Team enables the sales organization to produce more revenue, build stronger customer relationships, and ensure readiness for the next step in Seagate’s strategy by improving overall sales productivity. We are a high-energy, service-oriented team focused on delivering high-quality materials and training to sales to bring solutions to our customers. 

About the role - you will:

Train and coach sales teams to achieve higher revenue through streamlined sales process and methodology 

Understanding of sales processes and tools across sales segments 

This person must be able to map out the right tools and content to selling & buying journey.  
experience in simplifying sales process and developing the right sales tools & content required at every stage of process. 

Experience with prospecting methodology: MEDDIC preferred 
Own content on sales enablement platform to be incorporated to training programs and playbooks 
Build training programs which de-complexify selling concepts and deliver tactical resources to sell 
Support sales team with the customization of sales tools & assets (including decks) 
Develop and track related sales enablement metrics and KPIs and demonstrate the business impact of enablement efforts 

Strong program management and cross-functional stakeholder management  

Drive alignment across teams and organizations to promote collaboration and solutions 
Offer perspective from sales team in various value stream improvements 
Work with enablement teams to translate process/tool information into accessible training content 
Work collaboratively with Business Process Management team to capture and update sales processes 
Support SFDC IT team and sales in aligning processes and tools 
Partner with various go-to-market teams to bring sales and marketing teams closer together 

About you:

Experience in sales, revenue-facing roles, or sales enablement/training, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas 
Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc. 
Familiar with playbook development and ability understand sales requirements for tools and content at every stage 
Proven ability to turn data driven insights into actionable business recommendations 
Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches 
Experience with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce 
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and conceptualization abilities 
Experience with deep analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, executive communications and detailed process planning 
Ability to navigate established processes and policies within a complex business environment 
Excellent communication and presentation skills directed at both business oriented and technical audiences 
Experience in customer service or sales a plus  
Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities a plus 
Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills, iterative mindset 
Excellent team worker and ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams 
Strong self-initiative and passion for learning and self-development skills 
Good time management skills, ability to set priorities to meet multiple deadlines 
Ability to adapt to fast operational changes and results-driven skills 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
