Job Description

This position is an exciting role in the newly formed Digital domain. The selected candidate will integrate DocuSign e-signature capabilities with MS Office templates and develop simple to medium complexity automations. This role will provide developmental and operational support to Comerica end users on e-signature solutions. This role will work to gather requirements from requesting business users and develop e-signature templates for use by colleagues and customers. This is a great position to learn and grow your technical skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Design & Methodology

Work closely with business units and application teams, to identity, review and gather solution requirements.
Develop templates and automation to business unit requirements. Design, document, test, deploy & support solutions.

Technical Consulting

Provide client consulting and planning guidance as applicable for simple to moderate complexity projects
Provide consultation and works closely with other functional areas/departments on multiple initiatives to meet common organizational/business goals and objectives.
Participate in and provides consulting to project teams on design development & integration opportunities.

Planning & Organizing

Map requirements into standard services solution, identity opportunities for integrating to existing or reuse technology and provide cost effective solutions for simple to medium complexity projects/programs/initiatives.
Estimate development effort in hours and duration. Balance multiple priorities and manage delivery of developed solutions to internal and external consumers.

Administration

Keep management informed of status of on activities through accurate, timely, and appropriate reporting.
Actively participate in committees representing the department and/or planning unit.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Science or Engineering or High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of technology experience
Understanding of E-Signature Platforms (DocuSign a plus)
Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint (Server or SaaS)
Knowledge of development of web services, SDK’s, REST or SOAP API’s
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Office O365 products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power Automate)
2 years’ experience in a web-based environment including HTTP, JSON, IIS, HTML, and CSS
2 years Windows PowerShell scripting work experience
2 years independent problem-solving in a constantly changing and frequently ambiguous environment
