Overview:
Performs multiple functions within the Logistics Center to include shipping, receiving and inventory control. Utilizes various types of material handling equipment. Trains and mentors associates. Troubleshoots issues involving product flow and Warehouse Management System.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required :
Performs to standards in multiple functions (i.e. productivity, performance, safety, quality, etc.)
Responds to questions and suggests solutions to problems
Rotates from function to function within the Logistics Center
Operates all Material Handling equipment
Replenishes workstations with supplies
Participates in inventory activities
Maintains and promotes a safe and clean working environment
Provides direction to Logistic Center associates
Performs additional duties as assigned
Meets attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions:
1-2 years of high volume logistics warehouse experience
Material handling equipment experience preferred
Experience in Logistics functions/systems such as; SAP-WMS, SOP's, shipping, receiving and/or inventory control
Educations/Certifications:
High School Diploma/G.E.D preferred

Able to troubleshoot system-related problems
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc) at an intermediate level
Working Conditions:
Distribution center environment; may include exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
