This position will report to the Finance Technology Chief of Staff and will be responsible for a broad spectrum of duties including but not limited to: developing routines, processes, and reporting to support Finance Technology.  This role may partner with Technology Finance, HR, and Recruiting as well as directly interact with our Technical Leaders across the organization.  This role will also provide special initiative leadership and support including strategic analysis, planning and implementation of activities.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education
7+ years of information technology experience
3+ years of experience with data analysis and documentation
3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word

Desired Qualifications

Deep knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
SQL experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
3+ years of SharePoint experience
3+ years of Tableau experience
Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
Experience leading complex change initiatives
Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
Ability to lead without authority within a matrixed environment
