Seeking experienced systems analyst with a broad range of customer needs such as new implementations, upgrades, assessments, system integration, application support, development, testing and reporting. Responsible for defining and managing the scope of Business Systems projects.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: 

Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements.
Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
Perform Gap Analysis between current state and future state.
Develop and define use cases. 
Serves as technical subject matter expert.
Responsibilities may also include serving as an expert in data analysis, reporting and formulating recommendations and providing guidance to other system analysts.

Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
Data mapping, including the creation and maintenance of specifications; source to target mapping

Leads and guides discussion through the evaluation of current state processes. Performs analysis to define opportunities to create improved future state workflows/solutions (end-to-end process flow development). Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.
Be proactive and reactive to constant change. See the big picture and yet work through all the fine details needed.

Strong analytical, organizational, presentation and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills and experience interacting with business teams on a daily basis.
Needs to be self-driven with a desire to excel in everything.
Client consulting experience a plus.
Experience working with Clinical teams, Doctors, Nurses, Case Managers etc a big plus.

Qualifications

Systems Analyst Advisor

Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field; 6 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  Certifications preferred.

Systems Analyst Sr. Advisor

Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst certifications strongly preferred. Experience with mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems and the impacts of changes in the systems stream, testing/product quality processes, tools and methods strongly preferred. Experience with Rational tools, Six Sigma or other process improvement training strongly preferred.
