The Senior SAP S/4 HANA Consultant is responsible for:
The business process design of SAP S/4HANA solutions for the Federal clients within IBM Global Business Services.
Design, implement, and deploy solutions to achieve defined business goals. This position provides leadership and oversight of the SAP S/4 HANA business process design.
Interface with the business and It client to analyze business processes, workflows, policies, tables, objects, packages, data elements, programs, transactions etc. related to the solution
Participate and drive workshops and sessions around business process analysis, process re-engineering and value chain analysis.
Understand business needs and requirements, and to help develop and maintain the client relationship.
Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can understand the solution being proposed.
Prepare and make presentations using MS PowerPoint and Visio to project stakeholders and management.
Propose high level solution architecture, with emphasis on integration architecture for migration of SAP ECC6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA. FEDS21
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
7+ years of experience of SAP functional experience with focus on Finance and/or Funds Management.
Experience with S/4HANA (v1511 or higher).
7+ years of experience defining solutions for proposals and customer RFPs.
5+ years of experience preparing and participating in oral presentation for RFPs.
5+ years of experience in Simple Finance / S4 HANA technologies and able to strategize with our clients on their HANA migration and Suite on HANA and ERP migration strategies.
Minimum of 5 lifecycle deployment in SAP FI in traditional DB and 1 life cycle deployment in SAP HANA (prefer S/4HANA).
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams as well as contributing to and/or leading documentation of points of view.
