Job Description

Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is seeking a seasoned practitioner responsible for aligning detailed customer service business processes and requirements to SAP EAM Utilities solutions (tools & applications) in planning and designing / architecting projects as well as providing integration and solution delivery oversight. Will work with and lead deployment teams to ensure sound and leading practice design, end to end integration to support business processes and utility business objectives.

Team leads are responsible for supporting the delivery of the integrated workplan for their team, teaming with client team leads in assigning work and tasks, ensuring clarity and quality while meeting deadlines. Leads will report out to the PMO with regular cadence with defined project templates.

Team leads will maintain responsibility for training and developing junior team mates within the specific module and ensure methodology knowledge is transferred. Ideal candidate would have 7+ years IS-U experience with multiple implementation(s) in electric, gas, water, or combined service utilities within the module being considered and upstream & downstream integration.

The base pay salary range for Colorado residents is $135k – 208k

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Looking for 7+ years’ experience in the following below…

Extensive Utilities industry (Electricity, Water, Gas) knowledge and strong functional / technical knowledge of the SAP Utilities solution (SAP CRM/IS-U/EAM).
Core skills will include integration of SAP CRM, IS-U and EAM with other related SAP products and be able to architect solutions as part of sales propositions and follow through to delivery.
Work and Asset management experience including scheduling/mobility (ideally with Click Schedule and/or MRS)
Should understand the overall asset lifecycle in generation, transmission and distribution. Should be able to design long cyle and short cycle work processes in SAP


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
