The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Estimating & Pricing Specialist based out of Everett, WA, USA.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Program Support Estimating Team. We are seeking an experienced professional to support on-going trade studies and business case analysis supporting all BCA Commercial Programs (737/747/767/777/777X/787).
A successful candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision in a dynamic environment to use data-driven analysis to present and make recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
Apply knowledge of estimating, manufacturing, and engineering to help lead the development of detailed estimates and business cases
Lead and support a wide variety of tasks including trade study analysis, parametric estimating, risk analysis, rates and factors development, and estimating commonality and simplification activities
Research, analyze, acquire, and interpret data to support estimates. Work with and develop a wide range of data and variables across different functions of the business
Provide cost information to cross functional teams and management
Perform various economic analyses including supporting documentation, methodology, and logic
Develop and deliver presentations to cross functional teams and all levels of management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
1+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
2+ years of experience analyzing data and making recommendations to take appropriate actions based on findings
Experience developing presentations and presenting financial information to various levels of management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years with Tableau and @Risk software
Familiarity with BCA programs
Familiarity with engineering change process
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
