The Global Employee Capability team is seeking to hire a Talent and Performance Specialist who will work closely with the Global Talent and Performance manager to provide program management and operational support for Arrow’s global talent and performance functions. This role involves monitoring program status, providing reporting and analytics on talent and performance programs, providing direct support to employees on talent and performance related questions, and ensuring all program operations stay on track.
The responsibilities span widely across the Employee Capability function. This role will interact with employees at all levels, external vendors, and global program stakeholders, including managers, HR generalists, executives. Success in this role requires you to be a proactive learner, have strong professional communication skills, be highly organized and deadline driven and be comfortable working with data and data visualization for highly visible executive reports. This role will offer a variety of growth opportunities in the way of special projects and new program design and execution across a wide variety of talent and performance related topics.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project management support for talent and performance processes, tools and systems: Performance Management, Goal Planning, Succession Planning and Career Development.
Global lead for various talent management reporting and communication needs
Provide data and analytics on various talent data requests, as well as provide reporting and recommendations related to usage, trends and best practices.
Vendor management support with talent management partners (i.e Translation services, program invoicing)
Support the deployment of best practices in talent management, coaching/mentoring, leadership development, workforce planning, assessments.
Handle logistical and internal support for all relevant Talent Management platforms and processes, including ensuring optimal Workday functionality for talent and performance modules.
In partnership with Talent and Performance manager, consult to Business Leaders and HR Business partners on Talent programs and tools and solution design.
