Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Read, interpret, and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence.
•    Operate equipment or use hand tools to position, align and adjust parts for proper fits and assembly.
•    Test assembled part to ensure functionality.
•    Identify and report any faulty components or hazardous conditions during the assembly process.
•    Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs and corrections to meet specifications.
•    Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner.
•    Prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
•    Adhere to all Company policies
•    Follow all applicable company and corporate polies, guiding principles, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to  quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
•    Attend work per work schedule.
•    Possess all tools required for the position within 90 days of employment.
•    Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

•    High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
•    0-5+ years related experience or demonstrated competency in a related field
•    Basic reading, writing and math skills (required)
•    Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
•    Manufacturing or experience working with large equipment (preferred)
