Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Delivery Assurance/Supplier Performance Associates and Supplier Development Engineers to drive recovery plans on high impact and/or systemic delivery issues impacting the business
Create/maintain proactive Supplier Performance reporting to ensure visibility to upcoming delivery and capacity issues at Suppliers
Support development of monthly risk review reporting to leadership regarding risk to the business related to ongoing delivery issues
Support escalations from tactical purchasing related to current or anticipated delivery disruptions
Coordinate with Business Unit and Regional Office level Supplier Performance working groups
Coordinate with other sub-functions within Supply Chain to ensure alignment of metrics and recovery plans
Drive Supplier delivery performance to meet MRP schedule and contract requirements
Consistently and effectively communicate timely and accurate commit dates
Monitor of work in process where recovery plans are in place
Work with tactical buyers to identify appropriate prioritization to support delivery recovery plans and/or ensure on-time delivery of material
Develop an understanding of capacity issues at Suppliers
Drive root cause and corrective action to support improvement of key metrics
Work with Suppliers to drive down overdue purchase orders
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and run reports and tools and deploy them to drive critical business results
Performance Management of direct reports
Uses a variety of tools & programs including: ?SAP ; Excel (Advanced); JD Edwards E1

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR
In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
