Supply Chain Analyst

Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do

Work with Supply Chain Program Managers to manages multiple programs, projects for one or more customers

Work with Supply Chain Program Managers to manage programs, supply chain operation and other aspects of customer relationships

Manage relationships with customers as well as the demand-supply-fulfillment dynamics & analysis on a day to day basis along with Sales, Product Managers, Purchasing, Warehouse Operation

Work to achieve customer metrics such as fill rate, lead time, ETA

Support timely inventory availability to customers

Continuously update, track and reconcile many inventory, discrepancy and operational metrics internally as well as in concert with customers

Member of Supply Chain department that serves SYNNEX’s top customers via variety of tailored models & programs 

Your passion is sparked by:

A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related area, and/ or 2-5 years of related experience in the field

A solid understanding of Supply Chain, Inventory Management is also essential in this position

Excellent in Data Analysis & Interpretation

Solid knowledge and understanding of the interfaces and interrelationships between sales, operations and business development functions

Solid program management skills, including the ability to multi-task

Excellent with details, numbers

Excellent problem solving skills

Quick uptake with new models, process, business

Familiarity with industry and market best practices

knowledge of cross departmental processes and procedures

Familiarity with Program management policies and theories

Be able to demonstrate computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).  Macro-excel skills are desirable

Business communication skills, particularly facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to travel
