WEC Energy Group offers a variety of real estate opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience that are currently enrolled in a four-year degree program. Students work with experienced members of these functional teams.
 
The intern will provide support for Right of Way (ROW) Agents, including but not limited to drafting and mailing letters, researching land ownership via online assessment and GIS maps, data entry, completing reports and scanning and filing documents.

Job Responsibilities

Utilize County GIS sites, assessment records, title searches, etc. to gather customer information and compile mailings lists of customer’s affected by system improvement work.
Receive incoming easement documents and process for recording.
Assist ROW agent with compiling, entering and completing final reports.
Answer telephone calls (internal & external) and provide information/guidance, resolve inquiries, redirect calls to appropriate personnel if necessary.
Order general office supplies, submit IT requests, data entry and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Communications, Urban Planning/Development, Pre-Law, Law, or closely related degree.
Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
