Job Description
Engineers and artists are rarely found in the same room, and yet a few of us feel we can be both at the same time. Do you get as excited about technical details as you do aesthetic design? Much like a painter dabs their brush in paint, can you dab your logic into only a few defined variables, and use your creativity to paint a project plan to be admired by the rest of the team amidst expedited timelines and scope changes? If this balance of engineering and design at the cutting edge of innovation in the Wine & spirits industry sounds intriguing, there may be a dream job awaiting you.
As the Packaging Engineer, you will be a key member of the Packaging Technology team and serve a critical role in some of the company’s highest priority projects. With a focus on New Product Development (NPDs), your role will help drive the efficient execution of projects through test plans, work process development, and the creation of critical technical infrastructure that the business needs in order to keep growing. Your days will often be split between working through both your hands & mind as you collaborate with cross-functional teams across sites to drive innovations throughout the business.
