Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and report supplier and commodity market data using intuitive and innovative supply chain management tools.

• Evaluate and collaborate with buyers, engineering, operations, and sales on variances to new VA/VE tracker.

• Support analysts in the issuing of purchase orders.

• Participate in supplier meetings with buyers when necessary.
• Interface both verbally and in written format with both external and internal customers and suppliers.
• Serve as backup for the Purchasing Analyst.

• Must be PC literate, i.e. word-processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets knowledgeable.

Education:
• 3.0 GPA, preferred.
• At least 1-2 years undergraduate education in related field required.
