Senior Front-End and User Experience Web Developer
The Senior Front-End and User Experience Developer you will work as part of an innovative team supporting www.netapp.com, building solutions focused, world-class experiences. You will work with Digital Marketing’s agile, innovative and global operating model – focused on user experiences, development, international sites, organic discovery, marketing technology, and data strategy services. Communication and collaboration is one of your strengths, and you are a strong advocate for DevOps. The ideal candidate will be a veteran developer, with experience working with Enterprise Content Management Systems and extensive knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Web Performance, Security know-how as well as DevOps process (Azure).

Job Requirements
Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills are essential
Good organization skills and capability to multi-task
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Mastery of HTML and CSS
Experience developing Digital Design Systems
Strong understanding of UX / UI, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and general web functions and standards
Experience creating interaction prototypes using InVision, Atomic, or HTML/CSS
Good knowledge in building back-end architectures and solutions
Exceptionally strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and demonstrate strong influencing and leadership skills, mentoring and coaching peer developers
Technical knowledge to advise the Scrum Master, leads and stakeholders regarding development activities based on project requirements; be able to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences
Expertise working within an Enterprise-level Content Management System architecture, developing and the ability to optimize, QA, in a continuous deployment model
Expertise working in code repositories such as Azure DevOps, Git, or BitBucket / Bamboo
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Ability to provide consultation for project Design and Planning phases; lead execution of server and client-side deliverables
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, bringing innovation within your development and are open to change
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), personalization, chat platforms, metadata, taxonomy, content tagging
Understanding of data analysis to make website improvements and optimizations
Understanding of documenting issues and providing timely resolution(s)
Technical Skills:
Extremely strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills
Exceptionally strong JavaScript skills – React, Vue, ES6, AJAX, or jQuery
Responsive Web Design & Development
Working Knowledge of Web User Interface Design (UI) UX, and CX
In-depth knowledge of Web Performance Optimization & Website Security
Enterprise Content Management Systems: SDL Tridion, OpenText, Drupal, et al
Knowledge of .NET, C#, RESTful WebServices, WCF, JSON, XML
Source Code management: Azure DevOps, Stash/BitBucket, Git, Subversion,
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning
Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics management and implementation
Website Personalization and A/B Testing, Tag Managers (Adobe Launch preferred)
Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence, Agile)
Education
