Under the leadership of the Manager of HR Central Americas Customer Support team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Customer Support team with tier 2 level support. This role requires a base knowledge of HR functions and a knowledge of HR Systems including SAP SuccessFactors. 

About the role - you will:

Act as a Position Management Specialist using SAP SuccessFactors. This includes reviewing and approving submitted positions, creating requisitions, updating positions/requisitions per Talent Acquisition requirements, and ensuring positions are maintained in a way to ensure we have good data integrity
Review issues and determine solutions/next steps when Americas HR Central Team members run into issues with transactions in HR Management System. This will require research to identify if the issues are correctable by the team or if they need to be reviewed by the HRIT team. You will need to be able to document and communicate the issues with the HRIT team
Collaborate with others to identify potential inaccuracies and provide insight into guideline changes to improve data integrity in our HRMS
Collaborate with HR Operations team, HRIT and other HR teams to support HRMS testing for new programs and system improvements. Including biannual upgrades
Provide ongoing training to ensure consistent process alignment to the Americas HRC team on our HRMS for both current and future staff
Ensure other systems used by the Americas team are functioning as expected, work with system owners to manage upgrades, and work with the Americas HR Central team when issues arise to get the issues corrected
Focus on confidentiality and maintaining personal data privacy is essential for all work assignments
Identify areas of improvement and design solutions with a focus on employee experience
Manage other programs as assigned
Participate in regional/global projects

Your experience includes:

Previous experience working in an HRMS system (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
Strong systems and process analysis skills
Ability to work independently and/or as a team in a cooperative manner to accomplish joint tasks and common objectives
Bachelors degree and/or related experience
