JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for key integration and analytics offerings
Map customer needs and market trends to a clear product strategy and plan of execution
Collaborate with engineering and UX to validate solutions that solve our customers hardest challenges in unique and compelling ways
Work with engineering and product owners to ensure product vision is well understood by engineering team
Partner with PM peers and marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, including pricing, technical, and sales enablement
Meet with customers, analysts, and partners to showcase value and drive product adoption
Participate as a member of the Rally PM organization, helping us to drive a culture of PM excellence
Team player and leader
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required
10-12+ years in software product management or equivalent
An ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work outside role and clear blockers to achieve team success
Versed in Agile methodologies including SAFe
Bachelor’s in a technical field, MBA is preferred
Beneficial
Experience with SaaS analytics products
Prior experience delivering net new product capabilities in enterprise markets including Enterprise Agile Management or DevOps
Agile / SAFe certifications and/or experience in leading digital transformation initiatives

Compensation and Benefits
This base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $170,000 annually.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity award agreements.
