Your Expected Impact
Create and lead the global ITAM strategy at Netflix through the development of internal and external partnerships, as well as the strategic expansion of the scope across Corporate and Studio contexts
Establish a compelling vision for the future state of ITAM and shepherd product and service roadmaps in pursuit of those goals
Produce and execute hiring and staffing plans to build and develop a highly effective team
Mentor ITAM team members to grow and develop in their careers as well as help increase their scope and impact throughout their tenure at Netflix
Manage external vendors such as 3rd party warehouse providers and contingent labor in support of ITAM Operations
Analyze key performance metrics to measure vendor performance including periodic asset audits of physical inventory
Establish frameworks for full lifecycle management of all technology assets under management from acquisition through disposal and retirement
Manage preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports; identify and recommend asset disposition opportunities as well as key performance indicators
Develop and communicate paved road practices for ITAM at Netflix
Your Skills & Experience
At least 5 years of related software and hardware asset management experience (preferably within a multinational context) with at least 2 years people management experience
Applied experience managing 3rd party warehouse providers and contingent labor
Ability to gather and analyze asset and warehouse metrics; ability to recommend and clearly articulate actions based on findings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technology, Media and Entertainment experience preferred
Experience with bitFit software a plus
