Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage corporate finance strategy to optimize cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.
Administer and manage capital markets activity including evaluation of effectiveness and emphasis on cost control and innovation.
Manage relationships with banking partners and provide standardized, periodic reporting of overall lender relationships and contract reviews.
Lead finance activity including mortgage financing, ABS transactions, syndicated market transactions, derivatives, and other corporate finance initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including corporate and technical accounting, legal counsel, and audit to ensure compliance with covenants and other requirements.
Manage and utilize market knowledge to prepare comparables for peer analysis and various capital markets transactions.
Conduct research and analyze business and industry trends to support corporate finance decisions.
