Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Coordinator of Talent Development is responsible for helping execute Talent Development initiatives for leadership and people learning and development across North America.

The person is responsible for managing the logistics and supporting the execution of programs, learning paths, developmental assessments, associated metrics, and initiatives that drive the strategic goals for several business units. The primary responsibilities of the Talent Development Coordinator will be to prepare physical/virtual rooms and materials, serve as an administrator for talent systems and platforms, administer class enrollment, assessments & evaluations, collect and track performance metrics, support project management and communication planning activities.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to Talent initiatives with a global reach and includes collaboration with leadership and Talent Partners across the globe.

The ideal candidate will take an enterprise-wide mindset to their work, will support relevant and engaging learning solutions, and will build productive and collaborative relationships across the company.

The Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Assist leadership team in the implementation of talent development solutions focused on leadership skills that will support the transformation of the organization and align to global strategies
Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of project documentation, including timelines, communication plans, and measurement strategies
Track the collection and analysis of data to evaluate effectiveness of solutions/programs, communicate insights, and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement
Support the logistics of PVH University for North America to drive a powerful learner experience:

Manage logistics, including learner registration, calendar, course selection, facilitator preparation
Draft campaigns to drive engagement
Manage inbox & customer care
Leverage global learning technologies & communication platforms

Assist leadership in developing presentations, reports, communications, internal updates, intranet stories/posts, and other materials to keep associates engaged throughout the year
Design and curate monthly People Manager Newsflash
Partner with key stakeholders to update People Manager Toolkit
Administration activities on the learning platform and related technologies, including assessment platforms
Provide administrative support to the team, including invoice processing, updating and maintaining team SharePoint/collaborative site(s)
Manage administrative and logistics support for events in-person/virtual
Lead smaller projects, or elements of larger projects, in support of overall priorities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Support ad hoc short- and long-term talent strategy projects to meet current and future business needs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:          

1+ years of experience in coordinating events and/or training activities, preferred 2-4 years of experience
1+ years of administrative support
Providing project support on multiple projects/initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Experience with LMS and/or learning platforms a plus
Survey design and delivery
Proven ability to deliver high quality work on time
Developing and maintaining internal/external relationships

Education:

College degree preferred

Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in an environment where change is constant
Very detail-oriented
Proficient in Survey Monkey or similar survey creation tool
Customer service skills (dealing with internal clients and external vendors)
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint,  OneNote, Outlook, etc.
