As a Content Strategist, you:
Drive the content strategy for our clients across multiple channels and outputs—online, offline, social, email, and others—and partner with cross-functional teams for the execution.
Develop content frameworks, product narratives, and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help internal clients understand the practice of content strategy.
Mine large data sets in support of building out content strategy across all device products and channels.
Audit existing content and make recommendations for improvement in copy, layout/build, and rich media creation.
Collaborate with account, technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs - then translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Lead content design activities including client workshops, user interviews, and creative brainstorms.
Manage content design teams and activities at the account level—ensuring the team’s execution meets and exceeds client expectations.
Build relationships with Privacy, Plain Language, and Legal groups to support product manager in managing content updates/changes and ensuring timely submission and approval.

Integrate content pattern libraries into visual design and content management systems.
Build content repositories that deliver efficiency for clients and serendipity for users.
Set yourself apart:
Ability to learn new software quickly; experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Confluence, or JIRA is a plus.
Advanced knowledge of the content landscape, including but not limited to content design, content creation, content strategy, content marketing, content management, and content operations.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners in any situation or context.
Proven history of delivering results on time and within budget.
History of tackling and solving complex interactive challenges.
Qualifications
What You Have:
3 plus years of experience developing and designing content strategies for consumer facing digital experiences
2-3 years of experience leading content strategy workstreams
Proven success developing content strategy for digital products
A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to develop content strategy and to most importantly connect with consumers at the deepest levels
Understanding of content management systems and strategies
Strong communication skills to concisely communicate complex subject matter verbally and written
Ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a team
