As an Financial Services Associate - Distributions, you will be responsible for maintaining accounts on AIG's operating systems. You will be thorough, accurate, and detail-oriented while you distribute funds, update information, process financial transactions, communicate directly with internal and external clients to obtain information, and most importantly ensure compliance with all transactions being processed.

What we are looking for
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required/college degree preferred.
2 + years clerical / administrative experience with a demonstrated background of loyalty to your past employers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Advanced computer knowledge. Proficient with MS Office and strong professional typing skills required.
Ability to maneuver between multiple operating systems with ease.
Availability to work different shifts and overtime on short notice.
