Your Role
The Technology Strategy, Innovation and Planning Team (SIP) The Strategy Innovation and Planning team is a small forward-thinking team dedicated to solving innovative business problems, and brining new technologies and opportunities into the firm. You will be responsible for:
Work closely with the Lead UX Designer on the firm’s internal/external investment and distributions products in the innovation lab
Regularly conduct user interviews for our existing products and get feedback from partners
Create user interview report, user flow, journey map, branding & UI assets, wireframe and present to the team and partner
Engage with developers on design review and quality assurance
Update and organize the team’s design system
Create and design product marketing fact sheet and presentation deck
Simple video editing for product demo/tutorial/FAQ videos
Build team’s events and communication design materials
The experience you bring:
Bachelor's Degree and/or completion of a UX design boot camp
0-1 year experience designing web/mobile apps, either in an in-house design team or internship, preferably in the Finance or Tech industry
Personal portfolio website with a clean-cut and polished design aesthetics, with 2-3 UX case studies: user interview, information architecture, user flow, journey map, branding, UI pattern, high-fidelity wireframe, user testing
Familiar with Sketch, InVision, Framer X, Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Premiere Pro, Media Encoder
Preferably with simple video editing skills
