What you will be doing

We are seeking a strategic, savvy Project Manager to manage  retail store builds for our Boost Mobile retail stores. Critical responsibilities to be successful in this position include:

Project manage all tasks from project initiation to grand opening for all Boost Mobile new stores and kiosks.
Project manage all tasks related to relocated and renovated stores sites.
Develop & maintain processes & procedures; Develop schedules/timelines to set project expectations
Initiates store build process with the site owner. Manages and maintains day to day contact and ensures the builds meet SLA targets while meeting critical timelines and brand compliance. Works closely with Retail Brand Project Manager to ensure brand compliance.
Schedules site surveys, reviews and submits surveys for interior space plan design.
Oversees white boxing process ensuring sites are compliant before scheduling fixture installation.
Reviews all completion documents and uploads to our Quickbase system (database)
Responsible for ordering the fixture package and coordination of merchandising graphics with the merchandising team.
Routinely reports out all stores construction progress and status. For completed stores, collects & reports punch items and follows up daily. Works closely with field sales teams to close out punch items.
Maintains and reports status of inventory at each of the fixture manufacturers

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
5-7 years of Project Management experience
Project Management with Retail Store Build experience a plus
Must be proficient in Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
