We're seeking a Customer Service Representative Outbound Member Care who will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and data entry of new member applications, retaining new and existing members and conducting outreach to current members to increase utilization, provide member education, and provider optimization.
You will:
Handle inbound/outbound calls.
Perform accurate data entry, verifying and processing of member applications.
Track all calls and report to management in the format required.
Respond to all email, voicemail and faxes within 24 hours.
Follow all department processes and procedures.
Complete special projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned
Location: Candidate must reside in the Sacramento Metropolitan area
Qualifications
You have:
At least 1 year of related work experience, including customer service.
High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
Beginner/Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in healthcare is a plus.
Ability to work independently/with team members
Ability to follow directions
