PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented SharePoint Analust to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located onsite in our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

The SharePoint Analyst will provide functional and technical support as it relates to SharePoint.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in strategy for optimal usage of SharePoint within PBF including development of a roadmap
Ongoing design and administration of SharePoint from both a functional and technical perspective
Serve as the key PBF point of contact for all site administrators for troubleshooting, training, etc
Manage and provide functional/technical guidance for an offsite SharePoint support resource and track all activities and define prioritization and workload including:

Ongoing maintenance activities including patching
User access requests
Creation of Site Collections, Sites, Pages, Libraries, Lists, Workflows, and other SharePoint objects as necessary/requested
Adherence to policy/procedure and SharePoint standards

Review of data policies and execute any applicable policies to SharePoint environment
Assist in SharePoint upgrades/migrations including the migration to SharePoint Online
Create and utilize Managed metadata and Enterprise Key words to improve search and other list and library functions
Establish and manage guidelines for how SharePoint should be utilized and a base set of standards for Libraries/List/etc for things like folder usage, naming conventions, doc management tools, retention policies
Monitor and control who can create workflows forms with assurance of full KT for ongoing support by SP team
Oversight and involvement in any custom applications with assurance of full KT for ongoing support by SP team
Continual Cleanup and normalization of permissions
Provide SharePoint training for all roles so that it is properly utilized and maintained over time
Identify improvements for either process or layout to ensure a clear footprint within PBF for the application
Cross functional involvement for other defined initiatives by PBF such as training or testing as needed

Performance of responsibilities must be carried out within the overall objective and vision of the Information Technology Organization

JOB QUALIFICATIONS  

Minimum 8 plus years experience with SharePoint in a professional environment
Experience with SharePoint tools (ShareGate, Cognillo, SharePoint Designer, Powershell, etc) is required
Experience with migrating legacy workflows to current supportable solutions is preferred
Microsoft 365 Certified:  Teamwork Administrator Associate Certification (MS-700) is preferred
Ability to analyze and design business processes and demonstrate an ability to team with cross functional resources to satisfy requirements
Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills to work with Business Users at all levels and be able to articulate the issues/problems and the proposed solution in a meaningful way
Self-reliant individual with demonstrated ability to quickly add value to an organization and is action and results oriented
Ability to institute best practices in various aspects of day-to-day work
Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people using strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to learn new processes / applications to support related users and systems / tools
Strong people skills as confirmed thru previous work experience
Proven ability in assisting internal customers to increase value contribution to the organization
Experience managing expectations while at the same time satisfying requirements
Expected Travel – 10%
