Better requires process discipline and simplification

We will be looking for you to be responsible to help our partners integrate various product & services with the Western Union Money Transfer platform. You should understand the partners technology platform and support the partner through the delivery lifecycle. You will lead the partners during the on-boarding and integration phase with the functional and technical guidance, documentation, troubleshooting etc. You will develop and implement testing and quality assurance artifacts for the certification process. As part of your role you will need to document the partner specifications and certification results accurately and report outcomes tactfully and concisely. Apply technical skills to troubleshoot the issues and support the partners towards resolution and prepare the partner environment. You will work with product, compliance, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into partner guidance and repeatable practices. You will need to support Product & Platform projects understand product requirement and perform validation testing. We require you to troubleshoot application/system issues and enable resolution with support teams, operations, functional, and engineering teams. You will need to identify opportunities to automate the testing activities. Develop automation framework and test suites that improve and optimize the time and efforts in integration. Effective interaction with Regional Project Stakeholders.

For such a detail-driven role, you will have 3+ years’ experience in software development and quality assurance. You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required and excellent communication skills (English Level C1-83% min). You will have solid experience in APIs and Hosted models. Experience and knowledge of Web Services, SOAP & REST API, JSON, XML, HTML 5.0, CSS, JavaScript & AngularJS. Solid understanding of the technology required to deliver our XB solution and the options being offered to the partner. This includes APIs, digital hosted solution, or industry standard formats. Hands-on experience with test execution and automation of SOAP and REST APIs. You will have experience with test management, and defect tracking systems (e.g. Jira, Zephyr, HP ALM). You should demonstrate knowledge of test automation best practices, technologies, tools, techniques, and metrics specifically BDD Automation, Karate Framework and Selenium. Exposure to Java/ Dot Net technologies and financial domain knowledge is preferred. Ability to speak, read and write Spanish preferred.  You should understand Agile & Waterfall software development methodologies.
