The product teams are key enablers of our success, immersing themselves in every aspect of the product development lifecycle – from strategy ideation to launch execution and everything in between.

What you will be doing

High-level job responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the VP of Product Operations, the Head of Business Programs is a member of the leadership team and leads cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the Retail Wireless Product (RWP) organization’s short and long-term goals and objectives. In this role, you will:

Drive internal communication, alignment, and execution towards the organization's most important goals;
Represent the RWP viewpoint with leadership and influence, internally and externally;
Handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
Collaborate with RWP leaders and other Retail Wireless organizations to achieve strategic initiatives;
Serve as an advisor to senior leadership to influence business planning and strategic direction of the business;
Serves as an advisor to senior management on savings, financial, workforce and communication activities, in partnership with the respective functional leaders;
Develop clear, succinct, and compelling content for executive-level presentations and communications.

Skills and Experience

A Successful Head of Business Programs will have:

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred;
Four or more years experience in the high tech industry, mobile industry preferred;
Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, preferred;
Proven track record of great execution relative to cost, quality, and timeliness;
Able to analyze and structure ideas into action and express ideas across various stakeholders;
Balance strategic thinking with tactical action and project management skills to drive results;
Experience with growing and developing teams.
