We currently have multiple openings for General Labor at our California facilities. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

Safely handle miscellaneous materials and fill in for absence both planned and unplanned

May require work in and across all machines and support departments in the plant on all three shifts
Plays a support role on a team dedicated to maintain high standards of safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity
Minimum lifting up to 50 lbs

Candidates must be able to and required to meet the following:

Work alternate shifts: day, swing or graveyard shifts
Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as, but not limited to, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, and safety toed shoes

The pre-hire process for successful candidates will include:

•           Aptitude test

•           Team interview
