Job Description

As a Software Developer Senior or Lead working remote in either our Enterprise Resource Organization or our Claims IT group, you’ll participate in innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. Working in a fast paced, collaborative environment, you’ll contribute to projects to modernize and grow our business. In addition, you’ll work closely with groups in both IT and our business areas on project initiatives. Using your development skills, you’ll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems. You’ll provide guidance and direction on decisions impacting the platforms with your leadership skills.

US based remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and four years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications
Instead of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, and:

The completion of a technical training program, and four years related work experience, or
Six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications

Preferred Skills

Full stack development with C#, .NET, Angular (v4 or higher), AWS, Javascript, SQL, APIs, Agile
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with business partners
Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Quality and customer service oriented

Compensation

Senior level: $85,680-$104,720/year
Lead level: $103,680-$126,720/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
