Position Summary:

With a passion for motivating people, you will be an integral part of the company, directing the
development & delivery of DISH Wireless platforms and solutions, leading customer & market research,
as well as ownership for the tools (Product, Marketing and Proposal Management) that enable DISH
Wireless’ success. You will build and lead a team of highly motivated, analytical and technical program
management professionals that thrive in a high-pace and highly visible environment. Your team’s

Responsibilities: 

? Build and lead the company’s Product Optimization (Product Operations) teams as the ‘go to’
experts for getting solutions that matter, built
? Define, implement, own and direct the DISH Wireless platform and solutions development
process
? Drive program management for solutions development and evolution
? Ensure organizational interlock
? Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve desired program milestones, sharing in the success
of intended business outcomes
? Communicate program status early and often, as required to achieve results. Including, but not
limited to clear definition, identification of risks (including analysis & recommended action),
ownership and timing
? Own the Product, Marketing and Proposal Management Tools that enable DISH Wireless success,
including, but not limited to research tools and RFx repositories
? Ensure information is immediately consumable and perpetually at the fingertips of the business
leaders, sellers, developers
? Lead the acquisition of, analysis for and recommended action on customer/market research
? The central reporting and recommendation hub for solutions development progression, business
case outcome tracking and lifecycle product reporting for financial results (sales, revenue,
profitability) and experience (Customer Experience, Digital Experience, User Engagement)
? Validate key assumptions with data; continuously iterate to improve the outcomes for customers
and the company
? Be an inquisitive and learned student of the business; technically, operationally, financially and
most importantly customer-driven; Know your business
? Instill data-driven decision making as the expected norm not the exception; you will lead by
example
? Be and be known as a leader within the company and be a role model for the company's culture
? Continuously assess current situation and seek opportunities for improvement

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

? Preferred MBA and 15+ years of multi-program management in
technology/cloud/communications industry, delivering complex programs that achieve/exceed
desired business outcomes
? Proven leadership within, across and vertically throughout the enterprise organization
? Have built and led high performing team with proven success
? Motivate teams and influence their tasks to align with organizational goals and priorities
? C-level engagement and presentation experience, leading difficult discussions toward action
? Customer Experience is innate in everything you do, demonstration of this practice across
customer interactions and across the customer journey a must
? Preferred experience working with B2B, B2B2B and B2B2C Partner platforms
? Fundamental understanding of business tools and databases, including competitive, customer
and sales tools; experience identifying, implementing and managing said tools
? Demonstrated track record balancing the conceptualization of strategic initiatives with tactical
execution from project planning to execution to go-to-market activities
? Practiced in general and financial management, including prior accountability for profit and loss
? Experience working with cross-functional and vertical teams, including Corporate Marketing,
Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Operations and Sales (Direct &
Channel)

? Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
assignments and roles
? Core understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices
leveraged for rapid and continuous innovation
? Self-motivated; able to work independently while coordinating activities with cross-divisional
teams
? Team player; able to communicate with technical and business experts at all levels of the
organization
? Solid analytical and problem solving skills; ability to think strategically
? Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
