What you will do:
The primary function of this position is to ensure the timely processing of all North American National Account service agreements and modifications.
How you will do it:
Customer Master Maintenance-identify changes needed and enter into Sharepoint.
PSA (preventative service agreement) maintenance-identify needed changes and submit to Central Contract Administration via PMA modification process.
Initiate contract termination requests uncovered during renewal process.
Retrieve copies of active contracts for customers and sales groups.
Forward service agreements for DOA when needed.
Input/correct estimated hours to complete service inspections during the service contract renewal process.
Will be the reviewer for national customer and sales data to ensure customer contract detail and billing information is correct before contract booking.? This position includes verification post-submission and completion by contract admin group for accuracy.
As part of the customer and contract review process, will communicate direct with national sales team for any current contracts or customer accounts that need action.
Will provide the 1st level of support (review) for contract booking.? This will include contract review and preparation of and the delivery of amendment letters to the customer.? Will work directly with the customer as the 1st level support for approval.? This will also include ensuring contracts are compliant for payment terms and conditions and submitting any contracts into our legal portal for higher review and the appropriate Delegation of Authority.
Work with the sales team and the Centralized booking.
Assist with COI and additional initial documentation as required.
Support the local sales team with Preventative maintenance modifications, cancelations, and QA holds as related to national accounts.
Manage contracts through the booking process by working with the sales team, district managers, and centralized booking.
Manage and maintain tracking for all booking submissions and assignments.
Assist with research and data as needed for sales team.
Perform other duties as directed.
What we look for:
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum one year prior inside Sales Experience.
Life Safety Industry knowledge preferred.
