Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the management of organizational planning and operational processes for the Executive Office, including budgeting, utilizing our reward & recognition programs, driving employee engagement, managing the communication strategy, and running performance management and other important talent-related processes.
The successful candidate will:
Act as a key thought partner to the SVP and her leadership team
Be highly organized and motivated
Lead projects with limited guidance
Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with colleagues at all levels within Finance and key business partners teams
Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate key messages
Demonstrate strong executive presence with the confidence and composure required to effectively partner with and influence senior leaders
Work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly, and juggle multiple priorities
Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity and discretion; handle sensitive information and issues while maintaining complete confidentiality
Manage key HR processes on behalf of the SVP, including goal setting and performance management as well as the talent assessment process
Lead and coordinate colleague engagement efforts ranging from leadership development sessions to social events
Draft key communications for the SVP, including town halls, leadership team meetings and other presentations to senior leaders
Oversee the opex budgeting process, which includes continuously monitoring progress against the forecast throughout the year
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other Masters degree a plus
