The Finance Director, Digital/O2O role provides thought leadership and analytical support to aligned to the On Line to Off Line (O2O) function and the broader North America Operating Unit (NAOU) to shape the direction across key growth platforms. The qualified candidate is a seasoned professional with experience in financial analysis & determining financial impact, and will be instrumental in driving Coca-Cola’s flagship market to achieve its global ambition. The role reports into the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, and will provide indirect leadership with agile teams and key cross functional partners.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Digital Integration office leadership team and wide cross-functional support teams on the strategic implications, direction, connection across the Coke system, and application/execution on all commercial, financial, accounting, and capital investment matters.
Provide best-in-class decision support tools to drive profitable growth, including commercialization of new innovations across platforms and brands.
Leverage and create external partnerships/stakeholders to continuously learn, engage, pilot and deploy emerging technology solutions
Lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives to drive change and tangible business impact across the North American Operating Unit.
Lead development of commercial finance analysis (value chain analysis, financial modelling, opportunity assessment, return on investment analysis, cash flow analysis and other financial tools) to develop recommendation to business leads and strategy assessments to support decision making.
Build value-based relationships with Brand, Customer, Commercial, Franchise, Supply Chain, Strategy and other key associates.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, MBA preferred
Related Work Experience:
Experience with project management, digital transformation and strategy development
10+ years Finance/Revenue Growth Management/Commercial/Strategy/Consulting, with deep expertise in multi-functional disciplines including strategic planning, financial and business analysis, and/or performance management
Advanced quantitative analytical skills - ability to draw insights and actions from large datasets, which lead to actionable strategies. Leverage technology, including tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau
